These pandemic has affected us undeniably. It hit the world so hard and left us on shaky grounds. One the most affected, is most of our livelihood. It raises a lot of fears and question in ourselves on how can we survive another day in these times.

When the quarantine started to ease, i started to sell products online . Its a good start but i think its not enough. Then a friend of mind reminded me about freelancing . She's been always telling me that i should try it . So i also talked to a former colleague , who is now a freelancer. So i said to my self there's no harm in trying and it will be a great investment for my self.

Here are some guide in starting in freelancing:

1. Pray

It's the easiest and most effective. Talk to God and ask for guidance. He will set the right path for us . I don't want to sound that i'm religious but i do believe there's a higher being out there in our vast universe. So pray and believe.

2. Have a support system

Our family and friends are our biggest support system in our life in general. Have a talk with them. Tell them that you are planning to enter the world of freelancing. Hear out what they are about to say. We know that they only want what is best for us. it is amazing to have at least one person tell you that you can do it and you are going to be great at it. What more if you have your entire family and your friends behind you and reassuring you that you will be awesome.

3. Do your research

The internet has lots of materials that is very useful. From articles, blogs to videos. Learn from it. You might come across some negative feedback posted on the internet. Don't be disheartened but utilize it and just the bright side to come out of it. Just wisely choose the information you feel you need the most.

4. Take a Freelancing course

Lastly, the most essential step is to enroll in a freelancing course online. It will prepare you to be the best freelancer you can be. As I've told you before my former colleague is the one who insisted that i should take the freelancing course online. I'm telling you its the best decision i ever did. The skills and the tools you will learn will set you above the rest.

I'm just at the early stage of my freelancing career. But we got to start somewhere right! The future is bright and promising. I'm now equipped with the right skills and knowledge to face any clients that will give the challenge. i'm proud of what i have accomplished so far and i know it will get more better.

Freelancy yours,
